PATRONAGE AGREEMENT
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: It has been explained to me and I understand the fact that the use of, discharge of, or being in the vicinity of firearms is potentially dangerous, and may result in me being injured, seriously injured, or killed, and to other persons around me as well, and having this knowledge in mind, I fully accept the risk of coming onto and remaining on ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC. firing range and I agree to hold harmless from all actions, torts, lawsuits, etc. ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC., its officers, owners, agents, employees and other purported agent of the Company. I accept and understand the above terms as a patron, or in any capacity, while
I am present on ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC. firing range property.
RIGHT OF REVOCATION: Any patron, guest, or person who fails to obey any safety rule, policy or sportsmanship rule, contest rule, training rule, or any other term of entrance is subject to being evicted. There will no refund of any monies, fees, or deposits if any patron is required to leave the property for failing to abide by any rule.
RULES OF THE RANGE: I agree to abide by and always follow the Rules of Range as posted. Failure to do so will result in my immediate eviction.
AMMUNITION: Reloaded ammunition. ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC. is not and will not be responsible for any damage to property or injuries to person from the use of reloaded or hand loaded ammunition.
LOADED FIREARMS: Firearms are to be loaded only on the ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC. range firing line. No loaded firearms are to be left unattended for any reason.
I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE to the above terms and conditions and submit to the rules of ADAIRSVILLE SPORTING RANGE, INC. firing range. I fully understand that the use of firearms is inherently dangerous and I am aware that being in the vicinity of firearms can result in loss of life. I will follow all safety rules to assure a safe shooting environment for everyone.

Range Information
We have 25 yard covered pistol bays. Each bay has a shelf, fan and light. The bays are separated by a wall of 3 1/2 inches of gravel for safety.
Plinking ranges are available for 22 caliber weapons.
The rifle range is 100 yards. It consists of covered shooting tables, and 2 uncovered shooting tables. Shooting distances are 25, 50 and 100 yards.

General Range Rules
*All firearms must be cased and/or holstered at all times.
*Firearms will only be loaded on the firing line and must be unloaded before leaving the firing line.
*Unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Report all unsafe conduct. *Persons under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian while at the range.
*Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times while on the range. *Caps/hats must be worn on the shotgun range with eye and ear protection.
*Only one firearm in use per lane with no more than two persons per lane.
*Do not exchange weapons with another lane. Switch shooters not guns.
*Weapons should be pointed downrange and at backstop at all times. *Do not bring any loaded or jammed weapons off the firing line for any reason. Lay the weapon pointed down range in the lane and notify range officer.
*CEASE FIRE: on this command, unload, open action, lay gun down and step back from the line.
*No one believed under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed on the range.
*Be sure the gun is safe to operate.
*Use only the correct ammunition for your gun.
*Shoot only your targets.
*No one allowed down range.
*Shooting of any wildlife on range property is strictly prohibited.
*No foul language.
*No smoking inside the building.
*No speeding or littering allowed on Holloway Road.

Steve Holloway - Lead Instructor
Steve Holloway is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 20 years of service with the Bartow County Sheriffs Office. During his tenure with the Bartow County Sheriffs Office, he worked in all areas of law enforcement including jail operations, road patrol, DUI Task Force, criminal investigations, crime scene processing, evidence room and SWAT. Some of the SWAT duties included entry teams and sniper/counter sniper. Mr. Holloway was the first Identification Technician/ CSI for Bartow County and one of the first Certified Field Training Officers for the Department. Some of Mr. Holloway’s courses of study include: National incident management, Investigations, Liability, Blood Pattern Analysis, Clandestine Drug Labs, Sniper/Counter Sniper Training, High Risk Warrants, Chemical Munitions, Less than Lethal Force, Officer Survival, Satanic Crimes, Serial Rape-Murder, Homicide Investigations, Fingerprint Classifications, Emergency Vehicle Operations, Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, Evidence Presentations, Court room Demeanor and Testimony, Woodland Operations, ASP/Baton, GA Criminal Law, Interrogations, and Criminal Personality Profiling. Currently, he is the owner/operator of Adairsville Sporting Range. He is also a NRA Member and Instructor.
Robert Robinson - Instructor
Robert Robinson has an extensive background in law enforcement beginning in the military. He was attached to the 3rd Marine Division as a Military Policeman while in Japan. He continued in this line of work when he returned to the states by joining several different departments in the metro area. He spent time as Director of Investigations, Detective, S.W.A.T., and Assistant Precinct Commander.
In 2000, Mr. Robinson was appointed Chief of Police of Mount Zion, Georgia. He has over 1700 hours of training. Mr. Robinson's training includes Field Training Officer, Firearms Training, Drug Interdiction, Hazardous Materials, Suicide Prevention, Robbery, Interrogations, Warrants and Civil papers, and Electronic Restraint Device.
